It can feel daunting to ask for help, to reach out. It might be that you are used to trying to ‘just get on with it’ and to push away difficult feelings. This may mean that beginning therapy feels really hard.
The 15 minute consultation is here so that you have a chance to speak with me to find out about therapy, ask any questions you may have and perhaps share some of your reservations.
I would really like to hear about what has brought you to seek help and what you hope to achieve from therapy. We can think together about what is most helpful for you, which could include who would most helpfully be a part of the therapy, be that your baby or your partner, the three of you together, or you by yourself.
